Technical support from ELVIS company.
We work alongside the client at all stages: from equipment launch to resolving non-standard situations.

If you need help setting up IP cameras, a recorder, an access control system, or an alarm system, you can always contact the ELVIS technical department. We will advise, provide instructions, remotely test the equipment, and, if necessary, organize service support.

Among the typical requests:
• Checking and configuring IP cameras, video recorders, PoE switches
• Diagnostics and updating of SKD systems (U-Prox, FortNet, STOP-Net)
• Consultations on the operation of Ajax, Satel, U-Prox alarm systems
• Selection and testing of power sources, backup, UPS settings
• Remote connectivity, cloud access, mobile apps

We work only with what is actually installed in Ukraine.
Real technical support is when they explain things clearly and everything works the first time.

Instructions and passports are also included with the equipment and will be available after purchasing the product.
