YLI YM-180N(LED) electromagnetic lock for access control systems, holding force - 180kg, with LED display and lock status sensor (NO, NC, COM), power supply: DC12V/400mA, DC24V/200mA. Dimensions: 185x41.8x22.4 mm. Suitable for wooden, glass, metal and fire doors.

The electromagnetic lock is mounted on the door frame, and the lock bar is mounted on the door. When DC 12V/ DC2 4V power is applied, the lock pulls the bar in response, securely closing the door. When the supply voltage is removed, the lock opens.

To compensate for the "cotton" when closing the door, a rubber gasket is provided on the back bar.

Installation of an electromagnetic lock

Installation of the bar in response for the lock

• Paste the stencil in the place of installation of the part in response to the door

• From the outside of the door, drill a hole d=16mm (according to the instructions, but not all the way!), and two shallow holes d=8mm on the inside of the door to fix the bar in response

• Secure the relevant part by installing a flat head bolt on the outside of the door. On the inside, put a rubber gasket and already on it install the part in response. Lock the nut with a hex key

IMPORTANTLY! Do not overtighten the bar nut in response - it should spring a little thanks to the rubber gasket, for correct and free magnetization to the lock.

• Fix the mounting bar of the electromagnetic lock in the upper corner of the box using the screws from the kit

• Attach the electromagnetic lock to the mounting bar and tighten the two screws (at the bottom of the lock) using a small hex key
