Electromagnetic lock YLI YM-180M for access control system, holding force 180 kg, power supply: DC12V/300mA, DC24V/150mA. Dimensions: 190x31, 5x22, 5 mm. Suitable for wooden, metal and fire doors.

The electromagnetic lock is mounted on the door frame, and the lock bar is mounted on the door. When DC 12V/ DC2 4V power is supplied, the lock pulls the bar in response, securely closing the door. When the power is removed, the lock opens.
To compensate for the cotton when closing the door, a rubber gasket is provided on the counter-latch.

Installing an electromagnetic lock

Installing a countersink for the lock
• Prepare a niche for the lock and route the wire
• Connect the wire to the lock
• Install the lock in the recess and secure with screws.
• Prepare a niche in the door for the counter-latch (so that when closed, the corresponding bar is opposite the lock)
• Attach the countersink and secure with screws.
IMPORTANT! Do not tighten the central bolt against the counter-bar. There should be a small amount of play to ensure a tighter fit.
