Device for protecting 4 Ethernet ports ЗВ-IP-4, network equipment against dangerous voltage in twisted pair cable. The device is used in Ethernet networks that use PoE technology, for example, to protect an IP video camera, computer or other network equipment. Metal case for RJ-45 connectors, degree of protection (with gas arrester), grounding is required.

The use of the ZB-IP-4 device makes it possible to equalize to a safe level the potential difference on the communication cable line connecting the equipment by diverting dangerous potentials to the grounding bus through a gas arrester from the midpoints of balancing chokes in data transmission circuits. Suppression of anti-phase interference on the signal pair is provided by high-speed diode bridges with a diagonal suppressor. Power circuits are protected by varistors.
