Ethernet (10/100Base-TX) ЗВ-IP (DIN) port protection device, network equipment against dangerous voltage in a twisted pair cable in a plastic case for mounting on a DIN rail. The device is used in Ethernet networks that use PoE technology, for example, to protect an IP video camera, computer or other network equipment. Plastic case, for RJ-45 connectors, degree of protection (with gas arrester), grounding is required.

The use of the ZB-IP device makes it possible to equalize the potential difference on the communication cable line connecting the equipment to a safe level by diverting dangerous potentials to the grounding bus through a gas arrester from the midpoints of balancing chokes in data transmission circuits. Suppression of anti-phase interference on the signal pair is provided by high-speed diode bridges with a diagonal suppressor. Power circuits are protected by varistors. The device is connected using RJ-45 connectors.
