The Satel GREY motion sensor is combined: infrared and microwave, miniature.

The combined motion detector, combining PIC and microwave technology, is designed to protect rooms with adverse conditions - the presence of drafts or intense convection. The use of a new 24 GHz microwave sensor and SMD 0402 surface-mount technology allowed us to develop a device that is contained in the housing of a standard PIC detector. This makes GREY an ideal solution for protecting rooms with fireplaces or air heating, where the appearance of the installation elements is as important as their reliability.
