Wireless motion sensor Satel APMD-250 combined digital: infrared and microwave works in a wireless ABAX 2/ABAX system with two-way communication. The device meets the requirements of the EN 50131 Grade 2 standard.

APMD-250 uses two sensors for motion detection: infrared (IR) and microwave (MHF). The detector has a modern lens with a unique distribution of IR rays. The lens can be replaced with a "curtain" (CT-CL) or long-range (LR-CL) lens. The use of an adjustable inclined mirror also allows you to control the zone of approach to the detector. The device uses advanced digital signal processing, as well as dynamic compensation for changes in ambient temperature. APMD-250 monitors the operation of the motion detection channel, reporting possible malfunctions in its operation. The detector is highly resistant to false alarms.

APMD-250 is configured and updated remotely. In the ABAX 2 system, two-way communication is encrypted in the AES standard.

It is powered by a CR123A 3 lithium battery, the condition of which is constantly monitored. The device is characterized by low energy consumption. The "ECO" option (only ABAX 2) allows you to extend the battery life up to four times.

The LED displays the fault in the test mode, making it easier to test the device.

The detector can be mounted on an adjustable bracket. It has tamper protection against opening the case and separation from the mounting surface.
