The compact cross-distribution optical box FOB-05-12 is designed for switching and distribution of optical lines in networks with deep penetration of optics (FTTH, FTTB, PON). The reinforced body of the box is made of UV-resistant plastic and is not afraid of mechanical action. To limit unauthorized access to fibers, the box is locked. Protection from moisture and dust is provided by rubber gaskets and plugs. Total submersion in water during operation is not allowed.
Optical box FOB-05-12 allows you to insert 2 linear (trunk) cables and 12 subscriber taps. A hinged panel inside the box is designed to accommodate 12 SC optical adapters on one side and 38 fiber splices on the other side. Convenient organizers are provided on both sides of the panel for stacking a supply of fibers.
In the depth of the box, you can place a supply of subscriber cable, additionally there are 3 places for installing SC adapters. They can be used to switch additional passive devices placed in the box, for example, an optical splitter. The FOB-05-12 box can be mounted on walls or other flat surfaces. Fastening to poles is possible with the help of a transitional metal plate with clamps.
The FOB-06-12 box is attached to a flat surface, for example, to a wall, using dowels.
