The GSM RC-30 key is designed for remote control of gate or barrier drives, locks and other executive devices. When called, the device recognizes your number and opens a door, gate, barrier or safe. In addition, it is possible to control the status of the device and the control object, the device will automatically establish a connection after the third call. Unlike the RC-20 (RC-27) model, this device has two stable states - open and closed. The device automatically changes the state to the opposite one with each call from the subscriber whose number is recorded as a memory, if the connection has taken place. If the connection is successful, the device is controlled using tone commands.

HOW IT WORKS

The numbers of all users who have the right to access the closed area are entered into the module's memory.

If your phone number is recorded in the memory of the GSM module, it will recognize it and send a signal to the control unit of the automatic system to open the gate (or raise the boom of the barrier) in the same way as the remote control - the device has a relay that simulates pressing a button on the key fob .

An important feature of this model is the voice menu. After three beeps, the device will accept a call that will announce its current status and list tone commands. Thanks to this function, you will always be able to monitor the state of the gate, barrier, lock, etc.

If your number is not found in the list of numbers of the GSM key, the controller will simply drop the call and not react.

SETTINGS

To start work, you need to insert a SIM card into the module and enter at least one number in the memory. To do this, you need to remove the power supply from the device, remove its back cover and install the SIM card, but before that you need to remove the security password from the SIM card and check its activity (in the phone).

Next, the SIM card should be activated by making an outgoing call from it that is longer than 1 second.

After installing the sim card, you need to connect the power and wait for the GSM module to load and register in the network - when this happens, it will give three short signals.
