The 1U console shelf with a depth of 300 mm is designed for installation in server cabinets or switching racks in two vertical 19" rails. This type of shelf is often installed in wall cabinets, which do not have access from four sides and are difficult to mount on the second pair of 19" rails. The shelves are used to accommodate network equipment without built-in 19-inch mounting, for example: media converters, switches, Wi-Fi routers, video recorders, UPS. Due to the oval perforation on the base, rigid fixation of network equipment using fabric or plastic ties is possible. This solution is used in the absence of rubber feet on the equipment to avoid slipping on a metal surface.
19" shelves are designed with vertical stiffeners, which allows them to withstand a uniformly distributed load of up to 7 kilograms without deformation. The model range is represented by six models with depths from 200 mm to 450 mm, in 50 mm increments. Starting with the 400 mm deep model, the shelf mounting height increases from 1U (44 mm) to 2U (88 mm).
The console shelves are powder-coated and are available in two colors: gray and black. There is a slot in the two lower oval mounting holes for easy installation of the shelf in a server cabinet or rack. This allows for one-handed installation without the need to hold the shelf and tighten screws.
