The multi-core power supply cable fire-resistant КОРкНс FRНF FE180/Eк90 (НХН-FE180) 3х1 mm2 is intended for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy in power supply and automation systems, with a nominal voltage of 1500 V alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz, with increased flammability. This type of cable is able to preserve the integrity of circuits in fire conditions for 180 minutes at a temperature of 750° C. When exposed to a flame, a special silicon-organic silicone mixture turns into a protective layer that provides insulating properties during a fire. Also, the fire-resistant cable ensures the preservation of the integrity of the circuits in the conditions of the standard temperature regime for 30 minutes (class: Ek30).
In the event of a fire, it does not release corrosive-active gaseous products, thereby preventing possible damage to electronic equipment and is safe for human health.
The cable is intended for use in power, signaling and communication circuits of various devices with increased requirements for their fire resistance and toxicity of their combustion products. Fire-resistant cables and wires are made of the following types:
• FRLS - with insulation from organic silicon rubber and polyvinyl chloride sheath, which does not spread combustion, with normalized (low) smoke emission, low toxicity;
• FRHF - with silicon organic rubber insulation, with a shell made of a halogen-free polymer composition that does not spread combustion, with normalized (low) smoke emission.
According to the degree of fire resistance, the cables are manufactured in classes FE 180/E30 and FE 180/E90, category A.
Construction:
• Core: monolithic round copper wire in accordance with GOST 22483-77.
• Insulation: organosilicon rubber, which is ceramized under the action of fire.
• Sheath: Halogen-free polymer composition, does not spread burning, orange or red.
• Number of cores: 3
