The CAME SMA2 inductive loop controller is a dual channel, inductive type vehicle detection device.

Controls two induction circuits located in the form of a loop under the roadway.

Can be used as part of an access control system or as a security device.

SMA2 has the function of recognizing the direction of movement, depending on the order of activation of the induction loops. This allows the induction loop controller to be used in parking systems and more complex access control algorithms.

The principle of operation consists in measuring the change in inductance in the loop when a vehicle passes over it.

SMA2 is equipped with potential-free contacts for controlling devices.
