Hunter 3 basic video surveillance program for 4-channel boards (Hikvision, ILDVR, Dahua, Netvision).

Hunter 3 is a software for video surveillance systems that creates a distributed hybrid system that supports work with IP cameras, video recorders (DVR, NVR), video capture cards and network video archives (NAS) of different manufacturers.

Hunter 3 Software:
• supports reception of video streams from various video signal sources;
• contains a set of components (modules) for performing video analysis, displaying additional text information on top of the video;
• contains stream servers (HVT) and archive servers (HVS) - separate independent programs that allow distributing the functions of receiving video streams, saving and distributing these streams to clients over the network.

Such distribution of functions makes it possible to organize the system as one computer, and several computers in a network, including the Internet.

Characteristics:
• Monitoring of video cameras in real time:
• Search and add new devices in the network (IP cameras, DVRs and servers) by pressing one button and selecting the required one from the list.
• Viewing the current video and archive of the video camera in different cells of one multi-screen,
• The user, without additional actions, can continuously monitor the presence of a video image from all cameras, regardless of whether they are displayed or not, the presence and status of video analytics detectors on each of them, as well as the recording status.
• Broadcasting of recorded video streams and real-time streams from HVT and HVS servers to remote clients is carried out using the commonly accepted RTSP protocol.
• Zoom video with mouse wheel.
• Combining cameras into groups, creating a set of multi-screens for each display separately;
• The ability to choose the aspect ratio of the displayed video in each cell of the multiscreen (stretching the video to the entire size of the cell or keeping the natural proportions).
• Automatic search in the local network for video equipment that supports the ONVIF protocol.
• System time synchronization on IR cameras and server;
• Activity schedule of video analytics detectors;
• Small window for ease of working with other programs,
• Integration with the access control system.
• Schedule of activation of reactions when the detectors are triggered;
• Control of PTZ cameras that support ONVIF.
• Retransmission of both main and additional real-time streams to remote clients.

Video archive:
• Recording of additional video streams (images of small size and low quality) allows remote viewing of recordings on network archives via low-speed Internet channels in accelerated mode.
• Transmission of video streams by servers to the network is carried out with the adaptation of the output stream to the bandwidth of the channel.
• Maintains several copies of video archives on the network. The system performs parallel recording of video streams both locally and on remote HVS network archives. Thus, in the absence of access to the video archive of the system (due to loss of communication, sabotage, etc.), it is possible to view a copy of the video recordings on other archive servers in the local network or the Internet.
• Access to video recorder archives with video recordings from main channels and sub-channels (for DVRs that support simultaneous recording of main and sub-channels).
• Recompression of video streams issued to clients during archive viewing. Before issuing recorded video information over low-speed Internet channels, resolution and image quality may be reduced. In this way, you can eliminate the problem of the video freezing for a long time when viewing the archive remotely. Recording of video information to the HVS disk is carried out at the maximum resolution and maximum quality.
• Record buffering to save video a few seconds before an alarming event occurs, regardless of the type of camera,
• Synchronous playback of recorded streams from cameras from different video archives.
• Viewing the archive from the monitoring window with changing playback speed and fast "backup".
• Conversion to xVid format with changing video resolution.
• Direct recording of DVD discs with video fragments of interest.

Working with saved frames:
• Improvement of defocused image;
• Noise elimination;
• Geometric correction;
• Image scaling;

Functions of video analysis:
• Recognition of car numbers and registration of car weight;
• Output of test information of cash operations and search in the archive of video clips related to these Hunter POS operations;
• Hunter ACM car count;
• Counting objects on the Hunter OCM conveyor;
• Video analyzer for the appearance in the frame of objects similar to the sample image (Hunter SSE);
• Detector of abandoned/taken objects (Hunter AVO);
• Closing detector, camera illumination (Hunter TCM);

The work schedule of each of the detectors and the schedule of system reactions is specified for each camera separately.

Interface languages: English, Ukrainian, moscow.
