Big Brother software module WORKING HOUR ACCOUNTING TABLE IN 1C for uploading working time reports directly to the 1C timesheet from the Big Brother access control system. Compatible with 1C version 8.2, UTP, UVP, ZUP configurations.

In the version of the BigBrother LCD starting from version 1.5.0.16, there is the possibility of direct integration of BAS (formerly called 1C) version 8.2-8.3. The following integration options have been implemented:

- Import of employee data from BAS (1C)

- Downloading data from working time records directly into the BAS report (1C)

Both integration options do not require additional actions and are performed exclusively from the software.

The complexity of integration with BAS (1C) is due to the fact that different configurations have different internal structures, different documents with different numbers of details, so there is no universal integration.

Importing employee data from BAS (1C) is the most typical task and can be implemented more or less universally to support different BAS (1C) configurations. On the other hand, downloading data from working time records is a specific task that depends on the type of BAS configuration (1C). At the moment, uploading to the BAS report card (1С) is implemented for UTP, UPP, ZUP configurations.

Other configurations may require refinements, but given the experience gained, this is easily implemented. Therefore, if you have a different configuration, call us - we will integrate.

The list of employees is imported from the "Pass Bureau - Users" section.

The minimum recommended set of fields for import is as follows: code (roll number), full name, group, position.

The data from the working time record is downloaded in the "Reports - By working time" section. D

The program searches for employees of the organization and in the BAS (1C) by their identification number or name. If the program did not find a BAS employee (1C) corresponding to the user, he will not be included in the report card. Therefore, it is important that the roll number or name in the program and in BAS (1C) are the same! This is easily achieved if you first import all employees from BAS (1C) to BigBrother's LCD.
