The principle of operation of the detector is based on the detection of infrared (IR) radiation from a living being. Every living being, including man, is a source of infrared radiation. As soon as the detector notices such radiation, it analyzes the mass of the living object and sends an alarm signal to the central security alarm unit via radio channel. Thus, the detector is triggered only when human movement is detected. Also, the detector does not respond to the movement of inanimate objects. The detector is equipped with an effective wireless radio communication system that uses encryption of messages and protection against forgery. This provides excellent alarm security against hacking attempts by intruders. In addition, the detector has a state-of-the-art highly reliable communication system, which allows it to work successfully within several floors of a business center or at a distance of up to 1200 m in an open area from the central signaling unit.
