PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy of personal data (hereinafter - the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the Internet store "Security and Communication Systems" located on the elvis.com.ua domain can receive about the User when using the Internet store website, programs and products of the online store.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. "Administration of the site of the Internet store (further - Site Administration)" - employees authorized to manage the site, who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations ) carried out with personal data.

1.1.2. "Personal data" - any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identified natural person (subject of personal data).

1.1.3. "Processing of personal data" - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) carried out with the use of automation means or without the use of such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. "Confidentiality of personal data" is mandatory for compliance by the Operator or another person who has access to personal data, the requirement not to allow their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of another legal basis.

1.1.5. "User of the website of the Internet store (hereinafter - the User)" - a person who has access to the website through the Internet and uses the website of the Internet store.

1.1.6. "Cookies" are small pieces of data sent by the web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request every time it tries to open a page of the corresponding site.

1.1.7. An IP address is a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.


2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The User's use of the website of the online store means agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.

2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the website of the online store.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the website of the online store. The online store does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the User can go through the links available on the online store website.

2.4. The site administration does not verify the authenticity of personal data provided by the User to the Internet store site.


3. SUBJECT OF PRIVACY POLICY

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of the Internet store site regarding non-disclosure and ensuring the confidentiality protection regime of personal data, which the User provides at the request of the Administration of the site when registering on the Internet store site or when placing an order for the purchase of Goods.

3.2. Personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the website of the online store in the registration section or in the product ordering section and includes the following information:

3.2.1. Surname, first name, patronymic of the User;

3.2.2. User's contact phone number;

3.2.3. E-mail address (e-mail);

3.2.4. Product delivery address;

3.2.5. User's place of residence.

3.3. The online store protects the data that is automatically transmitted during the viewing of advertising blocks and when visiting pages on which the statistical script of the system is installed:

     IP address;

     Information from cookies;

     Information about the browser (or other program that accesses the display of Advertisements);

     Access time;

     The address of the page where the advertising unit is located;

     Referrer (address of the previous page).

3.3.1. Disabling cookies may prevent access to parts of the online store site that require authorization.

3.3.2. The online store collects statistics about the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used for the purpose of identifying and solving technical problems, to control the legality of financial payments made.

3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, used browsers and operating systems, etc.) is subject to reliable storage and non-distribution, except for the cases provided for in paragraphs 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.


4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL USER INFORMATION

4.1. The User's personal data may be used by the Administration of the Internet store site for the purpose of:

4.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the website of the online store for placing an order and (or) concluding an Agreement purchase and sale of goods remotely with the Internet store;

4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized online store resources;

4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending messages, requests regarding the use of the Internet store site, providing services, processing requests and applications from the User;

4.1.10. Provision to the User, with his consent, of product updates, special offers, price information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Online Store or on behalf of the Online Store's partners.

4.1.11. Carrying out advertising activities with the consent of the User.

4.1.12. Providing the User with access to sites or services of online store partners in order to obtain products, updates and services.


5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING

5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without a time limit in any legal way, including in personal data information systems with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools.

5.2. The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular to courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed on the Internet store website, including the delivery of the Goods .

5.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to the authorized bodies of the state authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine.

5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration is obliged to inform the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.5. The site administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from illegal or accidental access, destruction, change, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

5.6. The site administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.


6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The user is obliged to:

6.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary for using the online store website.

6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information about personal data in the event of a change in this information.

6.2. The site administration is obliged to:

6.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. To ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not to be disclosed without the prior written consent of the user, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data of the user, except for para. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the privacy of the user's personal data in accordance with the procedure normally used to protect this kind of information in the existing business turnover.

6.2.4. To block personal data belonging to the relevant User from the moment of application or request by the user or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of the subjects of personal data for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or illegal actions.


7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The administration of the site, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is responsible for the damages caused by the User in connection with the improper use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, with the exception of the cases provided for in p. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public property until its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. It was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.

7.2.3. It was disclosed with the consent of the user.


8. Resolution of disputes

8.1. Before applying to the court with a lawsuit regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the Internet store site and the Administrator site, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2 The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, inform the applicant of the claim in writing about the results of the consideration of the claim.

8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.4. The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.


9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.1. The site administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the user's consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy and/or changes to this Policy enter into force from the moment they are posted on the website of the online store, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
