Power cables
A power cable is a specialized conductor designed for the safe and efficient transmission of electrical energy in alternating or direct current networks. Its design includes one or more cores (mostly copper), insulation from resistant materials, an outer protective sheath, and, if necessary, a screen or armor. Due to their resistance to mechanical loads, temperature fluctuations and moisture, power cables are used in everyday life, industry, construction and security systems. They ensure stable operation of equipment, reduce energy losses and meet high reliability requirements.
Design and specifications
Power cables differ in the number of cores, conductor material, insulation type and level of protection. The conductor is exclusively copper, as a guarantee of reliable conductivity, resistance stability and long service life. Insulation is made of heat-resistant materials (PVC, polyethylene, cross-linked polyethylene), which do not support combustion and withstand significant temperature loads. The sheath is resistant to moisture, mechanical damage and chemical influences, with the possibility of open or hidden installation. Execution - non-combustible variants of the VVGng type, fire-resistant solutions with indices E30 or E90, single-core and multi-core configurations.
Areas of application
Power cables are used in a wide variety of conditions: installation of electrical wiring in residential and commercial premises, connection of stationary or mobile equipment, ensuring uninterrupted operation of lighting systems, video surveillance, security, automation. Cables are selected depending on the load level, operating conditions, fire resistance requirements and type of laying.
Assortment
Only proven models from reliable manufacturers are available. All cables comply with technical standards and have certificates of conformity. You will find: VVG, VVGng, VVGng-LS - for stationary installation; VBbShv - with increased protection against mechanical impact; PVS - flexible cable for connecting household electrical appliances; ShVVP - flat wire for internal wiring. Each product has a detailed description, technical characteristics and packaging options.
